December 19th Greenville Invitational

Watch out Columbia!
The Columbia Quadsquad now has double the fun with a newly formed BTeam dubbed the Columbia Quadsquad Miss B-havers! With 12 new girls joining us in October, we were able to take'em to the track and make'em move. Practicing two to three times a week, these new girls are quickly catching up to the same awesome ass kicking level of the Columbia Quadsquad ATeam.

Saturday, December 19th, 2009 our Miss B-havers took their A game to Greenville for a close match against the URGE. Bout virgins Dr. Paindexter, Beastie B, Metal FElisha, Chris Tease, Chuck-town Bruiser, Mega M'day and Turbo Q.T. joined 2nd, 3rd, and even 4th timers, Beautiful Death, Suri Bruise, Lisa Marie Deadly, Billie Evil and Bloodshed Red on the Pepperspray Patties for the Jingle Bell Brawl at Greenville's Pavillion. Pinot Gringo and Full Bleed of the Savannah Derby Devils filled in the two remaining roster spots. URGE's Candy Pains started out the first half well in the lead, but once bout nerves subsided and adrenaline kicked in, the Pepperspray Patties came back to make their coach Holly Hunter proud! As the clock counted down to the last second, Billie Evil managed to score the final point to bring the game to a 103-103 tie. A minute was given for regrouping and out to sudden death our new girls went. With no lead jammer called, a sudden death jam consists of the usual four blockers from each team and their respective jammer scoring as many points as possible during the full two minute jam. The Pepperspray Patties came up one point short! Even though the score screamed loss, our girls did not fail! They did better than their best, and we certainly look forward to seeing them play Low Country's BTeam January 23rd! Check out the Greenville News Online photo coverage!
